Exciting things are happening at Sababa Hummus.
Over the past weeks, Chef Jeab, Captain Si, and our amazing team have been renovating our garden space. What started as a simple outdoor area has slowly transformed into something much more special.
We’ve added more flowers, more trees, and the calming sound of flowing water. A small waterfall brings a peaceful touch, greenery surrounds the tables, and now — with softer, warmer lighting — the entire space feels intimate and relaxed.
It feels like dining in a cozy garden in the middle of a forest… right here in Chiang Mai.
Escape the City for a While
Chiang Mai can be busy. Traffic, noise, long days.
Our garden is meant to be the opposite.
We created it as a small escape — a place where you can slow down, breathe deeper, and enjoy fresh food cooked with care. Whether you come for hummus, falafel, shakshuka, or dinner with friends, the new garden atmosphere makes everything feel calmer.
And at night… it truly hits different.
The softer lights glow gently between the trees.
The sound of water flows in the background.
Laughter mixes with the smell of fresh pita from the kitchen.
It’s cozy. It’s warm. It feels natural.
Built by the Sababa Family
This renovation wasn’t done by an outside company.
Chef Jeab, Captain Si, and the whole Sababa team worked together to create a space that reflects who we are — welcoming, relaxed, and full of heart.
We’re proud of what we’ve built.
And we would love for you to experience it.
Escape the city traffic.
Embrace a little nature.
Enjoy fresh food made with love.
See you in the garden 🌿
