February 2026 is almost over, and what a month it has been.
We’ve had busy days, beautiful energy, and guests visiting us from all over the world. Every table felt like a new story — travelers, digital nomads, crypto builders, families, and regulars who feel like home.

Community Nights & Good Vibes
As usual, our weekly Crypto Meetup took place every Thursday. It’s already part of Sababa’s DNA — good conversations, hummus on the table, people exchanging ideas and building new projects.
This month we also hosted a digital nomad event, bringing together entrepreneurs and remote workers living here in Chiang Mai. We love seeing connections happen over pita, shakshuka, and falafel.
Sababa has always been more than just a restaurant — it’s a meeting point.
3,000 Falafel Balls?! Yes, Really.
Lately, we’ve been receiving more and more catering orders — which makes us incredibly happy.
But one order really stood out.
3,000 falafel balls.
Yes. Only falafel balls. And a lot of tahini.
We’ve never had a catering request like that before — just falafel, nothing else. It was intense, slightly crazy, and honestly… amazing. Seeing trays and trays of fresh falafel coming out of the kitchen felt special. Moments like this remind us how far we’ve come.
The Team Behind It All
A huge thank you to Chef Jeab for the heart and soul she puts into every plate. The consistency, the flavors, the love — it’s all her magic.
To our amazing staff who handle busy nights with smiles and energy — we appreciate you more than words.
And of course, a massive thank you to Si, our manager and creative engine. The stunning social media videos, photos, and content you see? That’s her. She works harder than anyone and makes Sababa shine online just as much as it does in the restaurant.
We’re lucky to have this team.
