Chef Jeab

Co-Owner & Operations Manager
For more than 10 years, Chef Jeab has been one of the driving forces behind Sababa. As Co-Owner and Operations Manager, she is responsible for managing systems, developing people, and ensuring that every part of the business runs smoothly.
Known by many as the “mother of the team,” Chef Jeab is always there to support staff, solve problems, and help everyone grow. Her leadership extends far beyond daily operations. From staff training and team development to business planning and customer experience, she plays a key role in shaping the culture and success of Sababa.
Chef Jeab believes that great businesses are built by great people. Through her guidance, many team members have grown both professionally and personally, creating the positive, supportive atmosphere that guests experience every day.
In addition to helping lead the business, Chef Jeab is also a dedicated full-time mother. Her ability to balance family life, leadership, and hospitality is an inspiration to the entire team.
Her philosophy is simple: take care of the team, take care of the guests, and success will follow.

Manager Si

Restaurant Manager & Team Leader
Manager Si is the person who keeps Sababa running smoothly every day. For more than five years, she has been at the heart of the restaurant – supporting the team, looking after guests, solving problems, and making sure everything feels welcoming from the moment customers arrive.
Smart, hard-working, and highly reliable, Si helps lead the team with calm confidence and genuine care for people. She is one of the reasons guests feel comfortable, remembered, and happy to come back again.
Beyond daily restaurant operations, Si also helps create content for Sababa and brings strong technical and IT skills to the business. With her experience in social media and content creation, she helps share Sababa’s food, people, and atmosphere with a wider audience.
Outside of work, Si enjoys travelling, yoga, and creating content. Her mix of leadership, creativity, and dedication makes her an important part of Sababa Chiang Mai.
